where it all started

Cadeau Studios started when Ema and Arielle had an idea: to shake up the boring, one-size-fits-all gifting industry by drawing upon their experience in fashion, technology and graphic design. What if gift boxes helped create memories with fun activities (such as pickle making) or kicked-off celebrations (hello, natural wine)? We decided to make it happen.

Looking back, they have always been passionate about creating thoughtful gifts with a personal touch. A few years ago, Arielle made and bottled negronis with custom-designed labels for a handful of friends—which, just quietly, quite impressed Ema. Similarly, Ema has both been known to DIY gifts for friends, complete with hand-drawn cards and food boxes with recipes.

Now, we’ve created gift boxes that keep the same small batch, hand-made values front of mind.

ARIELLE

Arielle's extensive background in UX design, gained through her tenure with leading companies like Atlassian, SBS, Canon, and Samsung, empowers her to curate gifts at Cadeau Studios that resonate with a wide range of customers. Her meticulous attention to detail and passion for packaging design translate into gifts that are as distinctive and thoughtful as the recipients themselves.
