We will use reasonable efforts to ship your order within the estimated time frame provided at the time of purchase. However, we do not guarantee that your order will be shipped within the estimated time frame, and we will not be held liable for any delay in shipping.

We will use reasonable efforts to ensure that your order is delivered to the correct address as provided by you. However, we will not be held liable for any incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.
In some cases, we may require a signature upon delivery of your order. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the carrier may leave a notice and you will be responsible for arranging redelivery or pickup from the carrier's depot.
We will not be held liable for any damage or loss to your order during transit, and it is your responsibility to inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage or loss to us within 48 hours of receipt.
Some products may not be available for shipping to certain areas due to local laws and regulations.
We are not able to combine orders for free shipping. Each order must meet the minimum spend requirement individually.

10. Lost Parcels

In the event that a parcel is lost in transit, we will use reasonable efforts to locate the parcel and have it delivered to you. However, we will not be held liable for any lost parcels, and our liability in such cases will be limited to providing a refund or replacement of the lost items.
If you suspect that your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we will investigate the matter. Please note that we may require a certain period of time to conduct our investigation and we will keep you informed of the status of your parcel.
In cases where the carrier has confirmed that the parcel has been lost, we will take necessary steps to either provide a refund or replace the lost items.

12. Returns

At Cadeau Studios, we take pride in delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. However, there may be instances where a delivery needs to be returned to us. This can occur for a variety of reasons, including incorrect or insufficient address information or the inability to redirect a delivery while it is in transit.

In the event that a delivery is returned to us, we will make every effort to contact you to arrange for redelivery to the correct address or an alternative address. Please note that an applicable redelivery or returns fee may be passed on to you to facilitate this process.
Should you find you have a faulty or damaged item, please contact us 48hrs upon delivery so we can assist you with the return and replacement process.

Please note that damaged or faulty items are assessed on a case-by-case basis. To process your claim, we may require photos of the damaged item. Depending on the extent of the damage, we may opt to replace the item, issue a refund or credit a part of the box only. For instance, if a single item within a box is damaged, we may only provide a resolution for that particular item. Rest assured, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
